1. The Referrer Rewards Offer is available to the Referrer only when a Successful Transaction is carried out by the Referred Customer within 90 days of being referred, and on eligible products.
2. A Completed Referral is defined as:
   1. The Referred Customer completing a transaction on the eligible products within 90 days of referral
   2. The transaction must be done using the same contact number as provided by the Referrer at the time of referral.
3. Rewards to the referrer will be paid out basis the first transaction performed by the referee.

1. A referral is considered valid when:
   1. The Referrer inputs the Referred Customer’s name and contact number on the referral page of the Muthoot Fincorp ONE Online (MFO) application.
   2. The Referrer also shares the app download link with the Referred Customer to facilitate app installation and engagement.
   3. The Referred Customer is not an existing customer or registered user of the MFO application.

1. By participating, you voluntarily agree to share/upload contact details of individuals including but not limited to friends, relatives, associates, co-workers, or others (herein after referred to as Referral Leads (RL)).
2. You confirm that:
   1. You have obtained explicit consent from the RLs.
   2. The RLs do not have any objection for being referred.
   3. The information is being shared in good faith.
   4. You are solely responsible for the referrals shared.
3. The date on which a RL is submitted is termed the Referral Date (RD).
4. You are encouraged to refer individuals who are or may be interested in Muthoot Fincorp’s products.

1. You agree that Muthoot Fincorp Limited or any entity of the Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG) or its representatives (employees, associates, or outsourced partners) may contact the RLs via:
   1. Phone calls
   2. SMS
   3. Email
   4. WhatsApp
2. Follow-ups may occur multiple times during the validity period of the referral, which is 90 days from the Referral Date (RD + 90 days).

1. Refuse the issuance of rewards to any Referrer at any point.
2. Modify or withdraw the Referral Offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Update, revoke, rescind, withdraw, or nullify the Referral Program or any part of it (whether retrospectively or prospectively) at its discretion and without providing any notice or intimation.
4. Updated terms will be made available on the official website under the Terms and Conditions page of the offer.
