I am extremely happy to share my journey with the Muthoot Blue Family.

In the year 2009, I began my career with Muthoot FinCorp Ltd as a Customer Service Executive at the Nehru Place branch in New Delhi. My job was exciting and gave me the impetus to excel, which saw me promoted to Branch In-Charge within 7 months. I continued my journey of delivering excellence and under my supervision, the Gold Loan outstanding at the branch doubled in less than 5 months. 

It was only because of the rewarding environment provided by Muthoot Blue, that I was promoted to Branch Manager of Dilshad Colony branch in just one year. To me the promotion meant another opportunity to prove my mettle – during my one-year tenure with this branch, I won the JFM Contest for the Swarnavarsham Gold Jewellery & Coins, and a trip to Malaysia.

By 2011, my hard work and dedication were once again recognized as I was promoted to Area Manager, and my portfolio was gradually increased from handling 6 to 22 branches. By 2015, I became the Senior Area Manager handling 56 branches in Delhi (East Delhi, South Delhi, Ghaziabad and Noida). I am also responsible for nourishing Human Resource that largely includes – Manpower Management and Recruitment, Administration, Infrastructure, Legal and Operations.

My journey with the Group has been conducive to my professional and personal growth, and I am a proud Muthootian.

Muthoot Blue has also given me a proper Work-Life-Balance. I belong to a South Indian family and in my free time I love to read novels, listen to music and drive. My parents were associated with the finance domain as my father worked as a General Manager for a leading bank, while my mother worked as a Deputy Finance Manager for a cement company.
