Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop and implement location-specific business development Strategies.
2. Ensure effective & regular marketing, lead generation & brand visibility activities in the region.
3. Qualitative branch Visit, prompt submission of visit reports to State Head.
4. Market research & competitor analysis to develop product composition strategies
5. Ensure timely interest collection, recovery of over dues and asset quality in regions.
6. Oversee policy adherence to the processes relating to employee life cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review of Audit Reports of branches to ascertain that the observations are rectified,
2. Serious cases are followed up and resolved at branches,
3. Ensure apply mind and diligence while doing audit,
4. Score card are in alignment with audit.
5. Make record of all fraud and serious irregularities found out at branches,
