The Area Managers Centre of Excellence, launched in 2019, is our strategic initiative towards empowering our Area Managers towards absolute excellence.
The Area Managers Centre of Excellence programme is designed to empower our Superheros to achieve absolute excellence in their roles as leaders and deliver excellence in all aspects. The programme designs a developmental journey to help the Area Managers identify their strengths and areas of development, to deliver Excellence. The journey has three phases, Pre-Workshop, Workshop and Post-Workshop. The job requires handling multiple responsibilities including exploring new avenues to build the business, setting goals and achieving them, analyzing markets including the competition, developing the infrastructure, maintaining a business advantage, managing and motivating teams in their cluster, monitoring performances, and more. ACE program is to make the Area Managers consciously act and gauge everything with the lens of excellence, and make appropriate changes with grit and determination, in order to make the ‘attitude of excellence’, a way of life.
Develop the necessary skills to transform all the branches in his/her area by being the change agent.
They will learn to own and manage the 360-degree role in the most effective manner with result orientation.
Develop a focused approach to develop Area Managers as the Center of Excellence.
