The Muthoot Blue Rewards Program, by Muthoot FinCorp Ltd., is a loyalty initiative designed to reward our valued customers to earn points on every transaction. You can redeem these points to get discounts on our existing products and services or shop from our partner brands through the Muthoot FinCorp ONE app.

Joining the Muthoot Blue Rewards Program is as easy as making a transaction in any of our nearest branch or on the app with any of our list of eligible products. Once your transaction is complete, you will instantly be enrolled in the program. Begin earning points right away and redeem them for your preferred gifts or vouchers.

To view your rewards, just sign in to our Muthoot FinCorp ONE mobile app and click on 'My Rewards' section. Here you will discover all the information regarding your rewards and balance.

In a single transaction, the you should have a minimum of 100 points to redeem. However, the total value of your points cannot exceed the amount of your purchase.

You can redeem points on exclusive range of products on the Muthoot FinCorp ONE mobile app. After signing-in, navigate to the ‘Rewards’ section within the app to initiate the redemption process

Currently, purchasing points with cash is not available. However, you can increase your points balance by transacting with us on our eligible products.

In the event of a cancelled or reversed transaction, any reward points accrued from that transaction will be automatically deducted from your existing points balance.

Please ensure that your transactions are eligible for reward points by checking our list of qualifying products. Usually, it takes 48-72 hours for the reward points to reflect in your points balance after a successful transaction. Also, ensure that you are using the same mobile number registered with Muthoot FinCorp ONE app during transactions to earn Muthoot Blue rewards.

The Muthoot Blu Reward program has three tiers: Blue Select, Blue Exclusive and Blue Elite. Leveling-up through these tiers is achieved by either increasing transactional activity or by investing in Muthoot FinCorp's selected range of products.

Your tier status is determined by the number of transactions and the product range you have transacted with us. To level-up the tiers, simply engage in the recommended activities available on the Muthoot FinCorp ONE app. Your upgraded tier level will be reflected at the close of each quarter.

Yes, your points scale up as you climb the tiers. While the Blue Select tier offers standard points, Blue Exclusive tier comes with a 1.25x multiplier, and Blue Elite tier takes it even further with a 1.5x multiplier.

You can utilize your reward points across a diverse range of products and services.
Within Muthoot FinCorp, your rewards are redeemable on processing fee of Gold Loan transactions.
Outside of Muthoot FinCorp, you can use your rewards to purchase apparel, appliances, bags, electronics, health & personal care items, home & kitchen essentials, home furnishing, jewellery, mobile accessories, perfumes & fragrances, shoes, sports equipment, stationery, travel bookings, and watches.
To explore and initiate your spending journey, simply log in to the Muthoot FinCorp ONE app and navigate to the 'Rewards section.

1 Reward point translates to Rs. 0.3 for the Muthoot Blue Rewards program

Your reward points are safe. Expect your points balance to be automatically transferred to the new Muthoot Blue Rewards program.

To calculate the potential points you will earn, you can utilise the 'Points Calculator' feature located within the 'Rewards' section of the Muthoot FinCorp ONE app. Alternatively, you can also visit your nearest Muthoot FinCorp branch for assistance.

It will take 48 – 72 hours (about 3 days) for the points to be credited. Updated points will be visible on the Muthoot Fincorp ONE app .
